We give you one point of contact, your Senior Manager, who has full knowledge of all matters
relating to your property.
Your personal Leasing Manager will communicate with you weekly while your property is available to lease (unless instructed otherwise by you).
We will discuss / advise you of all maintenance required on your investment property (unless instructed otherwise by you).
We use the most efficient systems available for rent collection and in the event that your tenant ever fails to pay the rent on time we will chase the arrears with the maximum speed the law allows. Our current rent arrears is less than 0.2% due to our “zero tolerance policy”.
We will deposit your rent monies into your nominated bank account within 24 hours of our
monthly close off date.
All agreed property out goings will be paid on your behalf on or before the due date.
All personal information will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be released to a third party without prior approval.
