Wow, you really do get what you pay for. I had my three properties with other agents and was getting what I thought was a pretty good deal with a discount rate on fees. I always seemed to have problems though. I thought the rent was okay and it was normal to have a few vacancies here and there. I’m so glad that I made the change to NRS!
